This page informs you of our policies regarding returns and refunds of our products.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges except in the following situation.
Refunds are only allowed within 7 days of delivery with evidence that the bottle(s) is defective.
Shipping damage or issues will be resolved with shipping insurance, but refunds are only allowed if the product is defective itself. Customer must notify Clear Water Distilling Co with evidence of defect (ie. broken bottle, etc). No refunds will be given based on simply not liking a spirit.
