Ingredients

1 oz Rene
1 oz CWD Joséphine (Eau de Vie)
3-4 oz fresh apple cider or juice
Garnish: lime slice

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add liquid ingredients, cover and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime slice.
