1 oz CWD Barrel Strength Rye
½ oz Rene (Rye-Magnac)
½ oz Calvados (Apple Brandy)
1 tsp demerara syrup
1 dash Bitterman’s Xocolatl Mole bitters
Garnish: 1 lemon twist, 1 orange twist
Stir all ingredients over ice then strain into a rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with lemon and orange twists.
